Welcome to WarCry! War Cry For Our Children ā the podcast where street truth meets spiritual fire, and community voices rise in unison for the next generation. Today's episode features Mr. Edwin Santana.
Edwin Santana is a Puerto Rican Freedom Fighter, a Spoken Word artist, a formerly incarcerated individual, and an advocate for Criminal Justice. Edwin has worked as a Case Manager for organizations such as Harlem United and the Institute of Justice and Opportunity (formerly known as PRI). He spent many years as a Campaign Leader for the #CLOSERikers campaign at JustLeadershipUSA and is currently a member of the New York Campaign for Alternatives to Isolated Confinement, The Rikerās Island Public Memory Project, and The Fortune Society. In April 2021, Edwin founded Tuff Art Media, a production company based in New York City.

Become A WarCry State Intercessor
Here are the steps:
1. Select a school in your community that you would love to pray for. Submit the name of the school via email at warcry.children@gmail.com
2. Submit the names of children, teens, and youth who you believe need prayer.
3. Become a WarCry Intercessor. A WarCry State Intercessor is a person who volunteers to meet once a month via Zoom to pray for their state, the names on our prayer wall, and intercede on current issues faced by their state.Ā
4. Order your T-shirt. We will need your name, mailing address and T-Shirt size. Order Form
